A-Pours a mostly clear yellow-gold w/just a touch of haze. White head with average retention. Overfilled bottle nearly to the brim, but I enjoyed the extra quarter-ounce.

S-Fresh malt, grassy noble hops w/touch of citrus, faint fruit notes (apple and pear), tea, herbs.

T-Matches aroma. Fresh malt and noble hops. Clean and even

M-Even-bodied w/harmonious malty sweetness and hoppy dryness at the finish. Faint hint of alcohol in the finish. Carbonation is moderate and good but would be better if amped up just a notch.

D-Pleasant discovery this summer. Refreshing, easy-to-drink and a touch of complexity. Comes in 3 pack of 12oz bottles. This is my last one and so far I've only seen this beer available in western France.
