Pours a translucent yellow with a loose off-white head that coalesces towards the edges. Nose expresses notes of lemon and hints of white oak and funk. Flavor profile is biscuit malt forward, which lingers between quaffs, as well as more lemon and oak, but less funk than suggested by the nose. Mouthfeel is light in body with a mild carbonation and acidity. Overall, not much complexity but an easy session sour.

L: Standard small particulate/hazy gold. Small head. Unassuming.
S: @60f sour/funk comes first as usual at this temp followed by apples and malt.
T: tip of the tongue gets citrus and sour. Mid grabs malt and hops. End gets a buttery nutty taste.
F: all coating. Tastes very rich for the style and coats the mouth.
O: I like it. It is a sipper through in through as there's a complex clash going on as you can see in my taste section. Aging should mild this out and bring it together, but the sour may take over at that point.

Light, tart and refreshing. Not over the top in flavor, but hits all the right notes. Citrus, oak and a touch of lacto. Would be a great summer time beer.
