Our bright and fruity take on a malt-focused Belgian-style beer. Candy sugar coaxes a complex, rich caramel iced sweetness to balance the naturally expressive yeast strain.

Tap at the brewery
Light fizzy head, clear golden honey color
Nose big Belgian golden malt and candi sugar, plenty of fruity esters and mild phenols, almost booze but not quite, orange zest and generic citrus peel, orange marmalade, crusted sugar glaze on orange cake
Taste sweet candy malts, candi sugar, again the crusted sugar glaze on orange cake, plenty of orange zest and citrus, lots of fruity esters and faint phenols, sweet candy blond malt, little toasted orange cake batter thing, bit of a sticky finish.
Mouth is med to heavier b bod bit syrupy, fluffy carb
Overall a fun and interesting beer for sure, def something to try, seems like a Belgian tripel but half the abv.
