Bought from the brewery on May 23, 2020. Reviewed on May 25, 2020.
Orange-amber color. Hazy. No lasting head. No lacing.
Strong aroma of fresh basil. Spicy with a good dollop of white pepper to the nose. It's semi-sour with a touch of fruit sweetness. Attractive in an odd way.
The body is rich but the carbonation is also very high. There's a SweetTart element on the initial taste where the mango is present. The sour kick comes just before the swallow, which kicks in the aforementioned basil and white pepper. In a word, complex. There's a montage of very different flavors making this a most unusual beer.

Pours light fizzy head not much retention but streaming bubbles, hazy golden tan
Nice base sour, mango up front, then sweet basil, behind that quickly comes sour, funk and bright acidity, lots of juicy mango and mango skin, an almost apricot too, sour, nice oak too
Taste very sour, big sweet basil out front, then it fades and big juicy mango, mango flesh mostly, then big sour, bright acidity, acetic acid and fruit, lingering sour funk and little flemmy
Mouth is med bod bright carb, fair acidity and little flemmy
Overall quite nice, really nailed what they were shooting for
