500ml bottle served in a tulip. Pours a translucent, pale gold with a one inch, bright white cap that immediately dissipates off the pour. Nose expresses hints of stone fruit and light herbal notes - almost minty. Taste is bright - acidic. Astringent stone fruit and buttery notes off the oak. Mouthfeel is light in body with a spritzy carbonation and an astringency that stimulates the salivary glands. All and all, decent but a little too acidic for my sensibilities which somewhat diminishes the complexity underneath.

Hazy, dark gold. Tiny head which totally dissipates. No lace.
Interesting combination of sour, peach and ?aspirin?
The taste start sweetly and quickly shifts to sour. Good body with lighter carbonation. The finish is...sour but in a candy-like way. Unusual but yet still conventional.
