This oak-aged sour with cranberry and grapefruit zest is the perfect beer to sip while debating life’s intangibles. Mild, fruity acidity gives way to bitter cranberry before finishing with the long-lingering flavor of citrus candies.

Had this on tap at Seymour in Greenfield, MA. The beer had a beautiful dark red appearance with little to no head. The aromas were rich in vanilla and cherry smells. The taste was wine-like with a mixture of berries and cream. The carbonation to this beer was refreshing and crisp. Overall, a generally awesome beer.

Light fizzy smaller head, bit of foamy lacing, very clear amber rosy color
Nose nice base funky sour, tart almost lemony, mild cranberry and light, little Brett like funk, souring acidity, nice complex funk
Taste tart base sour, mild grapefruit, citrus, lemony funk, mild tart cranberry, bright acidity, mild Brett funk and good souring bacteria, finish is not flemmy, tart tingly acidity
Mouth is med bod, good fluffy carb, nice tingly acidity, not flemmy
Overall quite nice as usual from their sours, although wish the cranberry and grapefruit came through a bit more
