Notes of orange, caramel and cream soda recall the tart but sweet cocktail for which this cognac barrel-aged amber beer is named.

This should be a fun combination
Pours a menu cloudy creamy slight off white head with medium retention, a little lacing, hazy iced tea brown auburn color
Nose big sour base, acidic funky souring bacteria, mild citrus like candied, then big buttery oak, little vanilla, some sweet fruity cognac, with the citrus had a gran Marnier like, so much buttery oak
Taste very tart, fair sour acidity, sour brown malts with a little caramel and toasty, tons of buttery oak again and a little vinous wine, light citrus and more gran Marnier with the fair cognac fruity flavor, light lemon too, lent vanilla, turning into a tart red wine later and little apple cider, sticky flemmy finish
Mouth is med bod, medium fizzy carb, fair acidity, flemmy
Overall quite nice, tons of buttery oak, nice cognac and citrus, fruit, wine, etc, almost everything in their fruited barrel aged sours are awesome
