Golden sour aged in French oak red wine barrel on local peaches from Lookout Farm in Natick.
No real head, sight hazy golden tangerine color
Nose loads of fresh juicy peaches, tart sour, acidic mild funk, little Brett funk and souring bacteria funk, so much juicy peach
Taste starts tart, more souring bacteria with fair acidic bite, sour lemony and mild Brett funk, fair amount of juicy peach as well, tart and juicy very nice
Mouth is med to lighter bod, no carb at all, tart acidity little flemmy
Overall very nice, awesome peach and tart sour base beer, just wish it had a bit more carb
