Canned 2/06/19
Pours a mild fizzy bubbly 1/2 finger head with medium retention, a bit of lacing, slight hazy with tons of sediment, medium gold color
Nose fair hops, grassy floral, a bit lemony, big cereal grain and wheat like malt, a it of tropical fruit and dank notes from the hops
Taste starts with more toasted grains, cereal and wheat like, but not doughy, like toasted cereal, hops are muted, medium bitterness, a bit floral and grassy, mild spicy piney dank, some fruits with lemony citrus, a little rind and pith, not much else, finishes a bit drier and grassy floral almost spicy hop lingering with medium bitterness
Mouth is medium bodied, nice medium but creamy carb
Overall nothing special, hops are medium bitterness but not IPA level really, malts are cereal and grainy but seem out of place, hop flavors and aromas are also muted and not that good, overall doesn't do it much as an IPA, so glad it's a one-off test batch
