Springdale all ripe strawberry and kiwi
Nice creamy foamy off white head, low retention, light lacing, hazy tan orange slight reddish color
Nose brings tons of strawberry, juicy tart berry with light kiwi in the background, some tart acidity sour funk, bacteria souring, some buttery oak
Taste starts fairly sour, tasty fruits, big juicy strawberry and little sour strawberry, a bit of kiwi in the background but it ramps on the back end, bright acidity, lactic and acetic acid, little creamy lacto funk and big funky souring bacteria, light buttery oak, some winey vinous characters, drier but tangy flemmy finish, more acidity and kiwi
Mouth is med bod, plenty of acidity with a light alcohol as well, medium to higher slight effervescent carb
Overall pretty solid sour as expected, base was a great sour as usual for Springdale, strawberry was nice, would have liked the kiwi to come through a bit more
