It's...ALIVE!!! Rising from our barrel program is Razzurrected, a mixed fermentation witbier aged on raspberry pomace (AKA spent fruit). This sour starts as a young wheat beer before it's infused with second-use raspberries left over from Poive Raz, our fresh raspberry sour. A bright, lively acidity sets the backdrop for soft fruit character, a dry finish, and all-around spooky vibes.

This one sounds interesting to me. A mixed fermentation Witbier aged on raspberry pomace. Springdale is usually pretty good with their funky stuff, and I do love a funky Wit so I think this will be right up my alley. Let’s get into it
Pours a cloudy pale gold with a very small short lived head that leaves no lacing. But it’s still lively and popping in my face with every sip
I think I could identify a Springdale beer from smell alone if I didn’t know what it was. This beer also has that classic funky yet earthy quality. I’m picking up on aromas of jammy raspberry, lemon yogurt, stone, wet hay, fresh oak, and coriander
This is very bright and fruity in taste, while still maintaining a decent funk. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting tart raspberry, lemon juice, crackery malt, straw, tannic white wine, and sharp oak. The swallow brings notes of coriander, tart raspberry, wet hay, lemon juice, peppercorn, and light white wine
A light medium body pairs with aggressive carbonation, resulting in a super sharp and refreshing beer. Finishes slightly sticky but still bitey. Feel would be perfect without the stickiness
This one is super out there but I really enjoyed it. Puckeringly tart and sparkling throughout, this is unique
