Could this be the ultimate quarantine beer? I doubt it, but Springdale is usually solid so I’m definitely giving it a shot before making any judgments. I haven’t had the base Good N You, but I’m sure this DIPA interpretation will be just as good if not better
Pours a cloudy deep orange gold with 2 fingers of white head that quickly fades to a thin ring and leaves no lacing
The aroma is rather non descript, really nothing identifiably “New England” about it. I pick up on aromas of lemon zest, lime, floral hops, juicy orange, and a touch of chalky malt
The taste...well...doesn’t really get much better. It’s not bad by any means, just painfully average. It starts off mildly tart with notes of lime, general red berries, bready malt, and light oily hops. The swallow brings notes of pithy grapefruit, orange, lime, bready malt, and more oily hops that don’t really add much to it
A medium body pairs with gentle carbonation for a smooth but rather heavy beer. Finishes a little sticky, nothing too crazy but feels about right for the abv, if not a bit thicker
Yeah, not exactly the beer I thought it might be. One of the most boring NEIPAs ever, but I’m still able to enjoy it for what it is. I wouldn’t try it again

Nice double hazy ipa. Enjoyed aromas, almost peachy, and smooth taste. Will buy again.

Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. Canned 6/24/20.
Appearance: highly murky dark-yellow color with a finger of frothy ivory foam atop; it definitely looks the part of a "2x Hazy IPA".
Smell: a rather sweet malt base, along with some dank and earthy hop character. Not too bad, but a bit muddy.
Taste: earthy and grassy hops, along with a fair dose of stone fruit character. Like the aroma, this is atop a very sweet malt base. It's pretty good, if not revolutionary.
Mouthfeel: medium-rich body with a good level of carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: though I am sure age has done this beer no favors, I feel like a beer shouldn't deteriorate quite this fast. It's alright, but nothing out of this world.

Pours a hazy golden yellow, medium foamy head. Move citrusy hoppy aroma, I get orange and lemon. Flavor is citrusy with a fairly big dose of bitterness that I am no longer used to... carbonation is appropriate. Overall a decent west coast DIPA, a bit too bitter for me these days... I did drink this fresh, was a bit tastier but still too bitter.

Pours a light fizzy bubble head that fades very quickly, no lacing, super hazy cloudy opaque orange-apricot color
Nose explodes with fruit, tropical fruit up front with loads of pineapple, papaya, a bit of guava, mango, citrus, a bit pithy, big orange juice and tangerine, little creamy base malt
Taste brings more of the fruit up front, lots of citrus first, more orange mango juice, as well as tropical papaya, pineapple, guava, a bit pithy, some generic tropical, some tingly alcohol notes, then a bit of a sweet doughy malt, hops getting grassy and a bit green spicy as well, drier finish, turning quite spicy late with that fresh hop green bite
Mouth is med bod, a bit thinner than I expected, very rich creamy smooth juicy, some tingly warm alcohol, almost no carb
Overall not bad, loved the fruit explosion on the nose, the taste started well but then got really green spicy like

Pours hazy, orange in color with 1/4 inch head. Taste is melon and earthy hops. Slightly bitter, moderate carbonation with heavy body. The beer smells so good. I do not see how it became so muddled in the taste. Indistinguishable from the myriad of other hazy ipas that I have had. A pass for me.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that rapidly dissipated, leaving just a minuscule ring of bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of gooseberries and lime are present in the nose along with hints of passionfruit.
T: The taste is packed with lots of flavors of gooseberries along with notes of lime and lychee.
M: It feels medium-bodied and very juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is definitely a hazy IPA kicked up a notch, as Emeril Legasse would say.
Serving type: can

Although it has some good flavor I wouldn't buy again. Unfortunately it highlights what's wrong with badly made NEIPAs,... no head even after a vigorous pour, it just quickly dissipates. Sweetness toes the line of too much. Looks ugly. A little hop burn on the finish. Overly murky. On the plus side there's some nice flavor. But in the end I have a cloyingly sweetness lingering on the tongue that isn't enjoyable.
