Pours clear, pinkish gold in color with one quarter inch head. Taste is raspberry and sour mix. Slightly sour, light body, with moderate carbonation. Makes for a solid raspberry sour. Nothing groundbreaking but solid.

Canned 6/26/20
It's been a minute since I've had anything from Springdale. My trip to Jack's Abby/Springdale was a highlight of my summer, and I'm always hyped on their stuff
This pours a pale and hazy pink tinted orange with a finger of white head that quickly dissipates to nothing and leaves no lacing
The nose really drives up the florality of your typical gose, but it doesn't particularly work out well. The job that coriander does in the style (which I sometimes find to be overwhelming) is replaced by even sweeter hibiscus, giving an awfully sweet aroma. Still though, there is a nice offset from aromas of tart raspberry, strawberry, and mild salinity
A surprisingly sweet initial sip reveals notes of lightly tart strawberry and melon with a very light floral hibiscus character. The swallow brings a nice but brief tart raspberry punch that is smoothed out by subtle wheat and a touch of salt. It works much better in flavor than aroma
A light body combines with mildly lively carbonation for an easy drinking beer. I always find myself wanting goses to finish drier than they actually do, and this is no exception. The sweetness coats the mouth
This was not bad overall, but certainly not one I'll be coming back to. I know Springdale has much better to offer

Pours with big bubbles, no head, a bit cloudy and some floaty chunky bits. Hmmm... Slightly pinkish. Not the most attractive looking beer.
Smell is underwhelming. Faint raspberry and a floral sweetness that I guess would be hibiscus?
It tastes good. Slightly sweet, slightly sour, a bit of raspberry and a bit of tea character that goes with raspberry. The sour lingers just a bit. Floral aromatics, but light.
Light mouth feel, fairly flat.
Overall, this beer is pleasant enough. It seems quite restrained. Wasn't the punch in the mouth I expected.

Tart ale with a combination of both raspberries as well as hibiscus. Low ABV and a solid beer, but doesn't stand up to the work of some of the masters.
