Bottle into Nucleated Tulip
Look: Hazy dark orange body, pouring zero head
Smell: Citric acid, apple and pear upfront, grape, hint of oak tannins and yeast. Strong nose
Taste: Very tart grape and pear (white wine like), hint of alcohol. Sweet apple follows and a hint of stone fruit. Finishes with some yeast, oak tannins and some malt.
Feel: Light-med body, moderate carbonation, crisp
Overall: Really good and fruity ale.

Pours a light fizzy head with low retention, little lacing, semi hazy light golden tan color

nose loads of sour funk, typical Springdale base, lacto maybe pedio funk, bright acidity, plenty of various fruit, lots of apricot, pome fruit, white grape must, some buttery oak

Taste brings plenty more of the base sour, souring bacteria funk, sharp acidity but not over powering, lemony tartness with more fruit as well, apricot and pear dominate, the some generic pome fruit and green apple notes, light tart crisp white wine, buttery oak and a hint of vanilla, flemmy acidic finish, lots more fruit lingering and actually tastes a bit like sangria

Mouth is med bod, plenty of acidity, med lighter bubbly carb, touch of alcohol warmth

Overall another great sour from Springdale
