Pours a light fizzy head with lower retention, little lacing, hazt med yellow-orange to golden color
Nose nice funk, bacteria funk, a little barnyard, souring acidic funk, plenty of barrel character, buttery toasted oak, juicy white wine, quite nice
taste brings lots more tart funk, souring bacteria, lemon tartness, juicy white wine as well, a pinot gris or sauv blac or something, Oh, Moscato, that makes sense, little barnyard funk but more of the souring funk, bright acidity, a little buttery toasted oak late, fair flemmy finish quite tart
Mouth is med bod, fair acidity but light alcohol, tart flemmy sour funk, med fizzy carb
Overall quite nice, very enjoyable sour, the right bacteria and funk, nice juicy white wine as well, some barrel, another great beer sour from Springdale
