Chaat Your Mouth and open up this guava sour spiced with cumin, coriander, black pepper, mint, ajwain, fennel, green mango, tamarind, ginger, and kashmiri red chilis. We know that sounds like a mouthful, but the subtle spice and fruity flavors bring this unique blend to life.

Man, this is a damn mouthful of adjuncts in this beer. Trying to replicate Indian Chaat cuisine, Springdale took a guava conditioned Wild Ale and threw in a literal fuckton of spices. I’m wondering how it’ll work out, let’s get into it

Pours a cloudy burnt orange with a finger of white head that quickly fades completely and leaves no lacing

It’s funny, Springdale’s typical fermentation profile tends to bring out notes of earthy spice, and this just completes it in this one. I’m picking up on aromas of earthy guava, cumin, lemon yogurt, sharp oak, vinegar, chili powder, black pepper, and underripe mango

It’s similarly spicy and earthy in taste, but is a bit more lively. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting dehydrated mango, black pepper, lemon zest, crackery malt, white wine vinegar, sharp oak, cumin, and earthy guava. The swallow brings notes of cumin, chili powder, smooth oak, light vinegar, earthy guava, orange juice, and coriander

A light medium body pairs with aggressive tingling carbonation, resulting in a a sharp and spicy beer. Finishes mostly dry with a balanced heat

This one is out there, but I really enjoyed it. Sharp and funky, with regal spices to hold it up. Really interesting beer
