Tasted in a Spiegelau stout glass from a 32 fl oz crowler on October 7, 2017. Brewed with East Kent Golding and German Magnum hops.

On tap at the brewery served in a snifter.
Look- A oily black as night appearance with a generous finger of mocha colored foam. It slowly settles revealing moderate lacing and a oily residue clinging to the glass.
Smell- Dark chocolate, roasted malt, slight char and a hint of floral.
Taste- Semi sweet dark chocolate, roasted malt, raisins, figs, a hint of char and a dash of floral in the finish.
Feel- Velvety smooth and creamy.
Overall- A very robust and flavorful stout that drinks velvety smooth. It's slightly hoppy and reminds me a bit of Three Floyd's Moloko which isn't a bad thing at all. This is worth your time if you're in New Buffalo. Crowlers to go for $12 are a win!
