This is our take on a classic style - the American pale ale! Take Flight provides a light hazy straw color with slightly herbal and tart citrus fruit notes. Its 5.5 ABV and light body makes this ale extremely drinkable.

Look: A rather hazy dark golden color, thick appearance and an all white foamy cap. Lots of leftovers.
Nose: Big pineapple and pine tree sap hop aromatics. Dense fruits, kind of tropical blend too. Sharp and fruity.
Feel & Flavor: Oooh, crisp AF! Smooth later on. Full of hearty golden grains and rather fruity, tart hop complexity. I wanna say more NE style Pale ale with it's haze and very smooth middle body. Lemon drops and grassy hop cones.
Overall: I'm saying this is an American/NE cross style Pale Ale. Highly enjoyable.

16 oz can into IPA glass. No date.
Look is great hazy golden yellow. Smell is slight tropical fruit. Taste is fruity at top and nice bitter grapefruit ending. Feel is fairly light. Overall a very drinkable pale ale. Nice change of pace from all the NE IPAs out there.

A really striking, semi-hazy pear color with a firm but fading 1 finger head. It leaves lace on the glass not unlike crystallized snow flakes.
Aroma of pine and bready malts. Slight lemon rind/pine sol.
Flavors start with pine and lemon, continuing with some grapefruit, orange squirts, some saltine, pine, and finally a nice but fleeting orange muffin flavor on the finish.
Feel is crisp and clean, nice fruity pith as well.
Overall, a far cry from their Cease and Desist, but this beer is still a solid try from a relatively unknown Massachusetts brewery.
