For this batch we decided to go Big! This is a well balanced and super fruit forward DIPA that clocks in at 8.5. We are picking up a good amount of peach, tropical fruit and hints of pineapple.

16 oz into IPA glass. No date.
beautiful cloudy NE IPA look. Nose is light citrus. Taste is interesting. Galaxy hops give a more earthy taste than usual tropical top note. Feel is creamy. Overall an interesting taste, nice change of pace.

Looks like a typical cloudy double NEIPA. Aroma is not particularly juicy. Taste starts out promising, citrus, but then something is off. It is sour, almost metallic on the finish. One and done. They call it XPerimental for a reason.
