If you liked our first milkshake you gotta try this one! At 6.5% ABV, this IPA was created with both English and German malts, one single hop, lactose, and aged on fresh strawberries. The massive aroma gives way to balanced flavors of bready malts and fresh cut strawberries with just the right amount of subtle sweetness.

L — Pours a deep amber-orange haze with two fingers of solid white head produced with moderately aerated pour. Good retention and some lacing
S — Strawberry, watermelon candy, orange sorbet, vanilla, yellow peach. Bit artificial but pleasant enough
T — Grassy hop, strawberry, brown sugar, candied lemon peel, light earthiness. Almost tastes a little oxidized, which I don’t think is possible given the age of the can
F — Medium mouthfeel, medium carb. Pretty easy drinking
O — The strawberry is a little artificial here, and it overpowers most of the other things going on in this beer. That’s ok, though, since what I can get of the base beer/hops is not particularly interesting. The malts aren’t pale enough for a milkshake IPA. Liked the peach and juniper berry variant more
