Very melon-y on the nose. Like ripe farmers market fresh honeydew with some strawberries and hops dankness in the background. The melons comes out even more and changes slightly as it warms. This is one of the best smelling NEIPAs I’ve ever come across. Taste is similar, perhaps a bit more subdued than the nose, and turning malty on the finish. I wish the mouthfeel was softer and more inviting but by no means is it a downside, just something that would elevate a superb beer. Maybe not the most colorful either but who cares, it tastes and smells amazing.
