Vanished Valley Brewing

We are very excited and proud to introduce the 18th edition to our XPerimental Series. For this batch we decided to brew a NEIPA featuring the exclusive 2018 Pink Boots Blend hop. This hop was created to celebrate women in beer and the brewing industry by the Pink Boots Society and Yakima Valley Hops. This year's blend includes Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, Palisade, and Loral hops. In true VV fashion, we decided to take this hop to another level by blending it with a pinch of Galaxy! The overall aroma and flavors include fruity, herbal, and subtle passionfruit notes. We are definitely going to miss this one around the brewery! Cheers to the Pink Boots Society!
