From the 500 ml. bottle with no bottling or expiration date shown. Sampled on January 20, 2018.
It has a definite red-amber colored pour underneath a short-lived off-white head. Busy carbonation.
The aroma has an array of characteristics including cherries, berries, spices, sourdough bread, grains, sweetness, and an inherit cleanliness.
The mouthfeel is medium or better. Almost chewy.
The taste has a mild to modest tart/sour character but not as in-you-face as some sours can be. But it also has a lovely sweetness to compliment the cherry notes. Mild lingering finish.
This was a gift from a friend so I'm not sure when I'll get to drink it again. But I would drink it again.
