On tap at Sons Of Liberty
Today me and @Pru are finishing off our RI brewery journey, and we have just 3 breweries left. Sons Of Liberty has been a tough one, as they have strange hours and don’t seem to brew consistently. I’ve had a few of the Chair 2 beers before at parties and thought they were just okay, so I figured I’d go for the Wheat tonight. Let’s see what it’s all about
Pours a cloudy yellow gold with a finger of soapy white head that quickly fades to a cap and leaves minimal lacing
The nose isn’t super expressive but what’s here is decent. I’m picking up on aromas of apple skin, earthy wheat, green banana, floral hops, honey, and light strawberry
It’s unfortunately a but more flat and dull in taste. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting earthy wheat, crackery malt, orange zest, light white pepper, and lemon zest. The swallow brings notes of orange zest, earthy wheat, bready malt, light honey, and peppery gops
A light medium body pairs with gentle carbonation, resulting in a slick beer. Finishes neutral but a bit watery
Yeah this isn’t great, but I don’t hate it either. At least I can tick off this brewery now

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
