Copenhagen 27/3 2017. 50 cl bottle from SuperBrugsen. Silhouette of rabbit - The Bock Bunny, I suppose - on the label.
Pours clear amber brown with white head. Settles as thin creamy layer of foam - almost like a Guiness. Very moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense and sweet and slightly boozy. Fermented fruit, marzipan, caramel and brown sugar.
Light carbonation and medium thick palate.
Flavor is medium sweet but balanced by a slightly sharp bitterness. Aftertaste of caramel with a bitter twist.
Fine Bock with a good balance.
