I wasn't sure where to put a 'cold' IPA and assumed it is an American idiom, so here we are.
A 16oz draft pour is clear as day with bubbles rising to a persistent cap of white bubbles, that fell from a 1" head, and leaves stepped and webbed lacing.
Piney aromas dominate with citrus following and the flavor matches. Typical IPA 'heaviness', but mouthfeel is almost crisp. Clean grapefruit and pine resin, more like a classic pale. Enjoyable and nothing off.
Matched well with the pork belly sandwich with side salad.
