A 330ml can with a BB of Jan 2019. Purchased a little while back from Cost Cutter. Described on the label as a session IPA with a citrus character.
A: Poured into a tulip. Can-conditioned. A very hazy amber hue with light carbonation and tons of fine suspended sediment. Yields a decent head of creamy white foam that lasts for a minute or two before reducing to a patchy surface layer.
S: Aroma of incredibly fruity hops with hints of citrus zest, peel, white grape, tropical fruit, melon, subtle grass/hay, earthiness, ale yeast and pale malt. Fantastic!
T: Tastes of amazingly aromatic hops with notes of citrus zest, peel, tropical fruit, white grape, melon, grass/hay, mild leafiness, earthiness, ale yeast and subtle malt. Very dry, followed by a robust hop-driven bitterness upon swallowing.
M: Mouthfeel is smooth, tingly and dry, with spritzy carbonation and good body. Pretty astringent; dries the palate. Hop oils tickle the tongue. Aftertaste of bitter aromatic hops, citrus, tropical fruit, earthiness, ale yeast and faint malt.
O: Excellent - a top-notch session IPA that delivers a huge hit of hops. Looks the part, while the aroma and flavour are insanely fruity. Nice body. Goes down like a dream; well worth sampling if you have the chance.
