Black colour, no transparency. Brown foam, medium height, melts moderately quickly, leaving only a thin ring around the glass.
Sweet, syrupy, caramel aroma with a hint of liquorice, baked, biscuity, but also slightly roasted, coffee-like. Definitely intriguing.
Sweet taste (syrupy, caramel), slightly bland. Light coffee bitterness in the finish.
Low carbonation. Medium-low body. Smooth, soft texture. Long sweet, caramel and liquorice aftertaste.
