Poured from a 12 ounce can into a pint glass. Decent white head that faded quickly. Body of the beer is a deep yellow. Not much aroma off the top. First sip is crisp but lighter than most Kolsch style beers I have had. Good taste , clean finish.

Poured can into a large tulip.
Look: Dark gold to very light amber - dark for a Kolsch. No head but small layer of tight, white bubbles. Brilliantly clear.
Smell: Light malt notes, no hops on the nose.
Taste: Balanced to a bit malt sweetness on front end, followed by low bitterness and minimal astringency on back end. Not much in the way of hop flavor. Low on grainy-sweetness notes. Clean fermentation, no off-flavors.
Mouth Feel: Light body. A bit light on carbonation. Easy to drink.
Overall: Pleasant to drink. Definitely able to have more than one during a sitting. More like a blonde ale than a Kolsch.
