Slightly hazy, medium gold colored. White head.
Smells slightly neutral, grain, mineral water, maybe a little citrus.
Tastes pretty bold, some sweetness with some citrusy balance. It’s supposed to be an adjunct with corn added, but I can’t really tell from the taste. My sons go to college in Nacogdoches where the brewery is located. I’m planning on visiting the brewery next time I’m there. I’ve had several other beers from them and they’ve all been good. The name comes from the colors of Stephen F. Austin University mascot (Lumberjacks)
