The name means "Golden Autumn," and is Tinkoff's rendition of an Oktoberfest beer. Sampled on 9/30/05, it came out a cloudy copper-amber hue under a two finger white head with good retention and lovely lace rings. The nose is very mild, with just a touch of grain. The mouth is very prickly and fairly light - not much stickiness. The flavor is right on: very nice malt opening, with the sweetness of a croissant. Nice hop follow-up, smooth, spicey, slightly dry bitterness providing an excellent complement to the sweet malt. A well balanced product worth seeking out.
