Copenhagen 3/12 2023. 44 cl can from Beershoppen webshop. Rusty industrial construct on the can.
Pours opaque hazy pale yellow with a huge white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the ides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light odor of ripe tropical fruits mingling with a stronger citric scent. Peach ans passion fruit. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, a bit fizzy texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed by a quite strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Quite civilized for a beer named after one of the greatest Metal albums of the nineties.
