Slight haze in the bright yellow brew with a nice pile of foam in the Stella Artois goblet. As seems to be the key feature in rye brews, it's quite grainy and on the bitter side. Plenty of the fruity and spicy flavor. Really worth a taste if you're looking for a serious rye experience.

There is a grapefruit peel aftertaste, but moderate enough bitterness for all the interesting flavors while sipping. It's from the brewery's Série Américaine. From the 500 ml bottle purchased at Expérience Bière in the Gay Village.

This beer is from my neck of the woods in Quebec. A salesman recommended it and it's exactly how he described it. It comes with all the characteristics expected of an American IPA. Big powerful citrus/floral aroma make it immediately enticing while accompanied with a thick, rich lacing and a light, hazy straw color. It's bitter and hoppy (which is not my favourite) as expected and very enjoyable. Felicitations!

Draft at Saint-Houblon: pours slightly misty gold with 2cm of frothy white head that dissipates slowly and leaves plentiful lacing: aromas of citrus - lemon grapefruit. Flavour: citrusy piney hops, slight metalic tang - lemon, stone fruit.
