Deep ruby with a good creamy irish head. Aromas of barley sugar, amber and dark caramel, roasted nuts. Taste of caramel, candied sugar, and some roasted peanuts. A nice english hops character at the end. Good body and carbonation. I don't usually like irish red ales, but this one I would drink again.
