Can: Poured a clear pale yellow color ale with a rather large pure white foamy head with OK retention and minor lacing. Aroma of apricot and light vinous notes with some residual sugar notes is OK. Taste is a mix of strong residual sugar notes with some fruity apricot notes and some vinous notes also perceptible. Would have been better refermented in bottle.
