Tinkoff's Brewery Restaurant

I revisited this place in December 2003. The atmosphere was still good, but the service remained unhelpful. They did not have two of the seven beers listed on the menu. I had the dark, which was acceptable, if uninspired. The waiter offered that their winter seasonal would be available "next week," but I've heard that before. Tinkoff's is known in Samara (and its other russian locations) as being very expensive. It is, and the beer is not that good. Still, this place is a must whenever fate brings a beer lover to this town on the Volga.
