Pours a hazy, deep orange coloration with a small, flufy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and tropical/stone fruit/citrus notes of pineapple, peach and grapefruit, with light floral accents as well. Taste is a great balance of light biscuity malt and fruity, juicy, slightly floral hops, with tropical, stone fruit and citrus notes of pineapple, mango, peach, grapefruit and lime peel. Finishes with a light/medium bitterness and some pineapple, peach and grapefruit lingering in the aftertaste. Soft mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
This is labeled as a Triple NEIPA, although at 8.7% ABV it's really more of a Double NEIPA. Nit-picking aside, this actually makes for a pretty enjoyable NEIPA, with some juicy, vibrant hops and a good, soft mouthfeel, as well as a good range of fruity notes, ranging from tropical to stone fruit and citrus. There's a slight floral accents to this as well, which I'm not that keen on, but overall this makes for a pretty enjoyable example of the style that doesn't feel too sweet or boozy for its ABV. Well, maybe a little too sweet for my personal taste, but really not too bad.
