Decent creamy head is reinforced for a while, little lacing, mostly clear slight hazed blonde honey orange color

Nose big citrus, big sweet orange, like candy jelly orange, marmalade, sweet pale malt, touch grassy floral hop, but mostly orange citrus hop

Taste pretty bitter, a big grassy floral citrus hop as expected, sweet orange candy and marmalade turns to bitter rind and a little grapefruit pith, creamy mild sweet malt, well balanced until the dry sticky bitter finish.

Mouth is med bod, a little creamy, fluffy carb

Overall not bad, basically what you'd expect from a basic centennial cascade pale.
