Brewers notes: A Czech Pilsner brewed true to the original style - a lightly bittered, crisp lager with a clean malt finish. Brewed with only authentic German hops and malts.
Clear copper liquid , brief foam head , no carbonation
Faint malt aroma
Clean crisp malt with a gentle hop peck on the cheek
Light , crushable
Good beer

Hazy straw to gold color. Small but lasting head. Some minor streaks and spots for lace.
Soft, malty nose. Similar to a Helles. The hop, while floral, is quite low for the Czech-styled Pilsner. Light alcohol in the background.
Smooth mouthfeel, but still retains the Pilsner body and this is with an above average carbonation. The malt holds its own through the swallow, but the bittering hop does take over and dominate there. Decent length aftertaste. Overall, this is close to the real deal with some minor variations.

From an undated 16 oz. can sampled on December 31, 2022.
The appearance is about what one would expect with a foggy straw yellow color under a lasting and eventually fading white head. Streaming carbonation.
Aroma of grains, biscuit, butter, and grass.
The mouthfeel is light but this is overall crisp.
The taste is bready, grainy, sweet, and grassy with a sort of olive oil presence.

Light golden color with a 3F head in a Pilsner glass.
Aroma of fruit- different than I’ve tasted in the style.
Fruity taste- but not the fruit I’m accustomed to in the style.
The bitterness is too pronounced. Perhaps a misinterpretation of the style which should be breadier, smoother, with no sharp edges,
The recipe and approach needs some re-evaluation. I’ve tasted a lot of Czech Pilsners and the smoothness is lacking in the beer. A good beer- but I don’t agree with the approach.

Tap at the brewery
Decent fizzy head, crystal clear pilsner color
Nose nice toasted grain straw, maybe a touch of corn, touch fruity lager, grassy hop
Taste nice grassy hop bitterness, touch of minerality, toasted grain straw, fruity lager notes, little astringent dry bitter finish, touch of chemical late
Mouth is med bod, nice carb
Overall mild flaws but apparently they lost power during one of the storms when this was fermenting so it got way too hot, but limited flaws, deff need to try again next batch
