NO can date
Pours a pinkish-purple large fizzy rocky head with med retention, super hazy cloudy purple reddish color
Nose has a typical kettle sour notes, with lacto creamy funk, a bit of tart souring lacto bacteria, quite creamy lactose like, with tart berry, black berry, and a bit of sherbet like
Taste brings a fair amount of black berry and tart berry, more kettle sour with more lacto like funk and creamy lactose, light tart lactic acid, the creaminess blends nicely with the tart berry for a decent blackberry sherbet like, milf flemmy tart finish
Mouth is med bod, high foamy frothy carb, fair acidity and touch of tart flemmy notes
Overall not bad, a decent kettle sour with blackberry, plenty of creamy and tart lacto

Had on tap at the brewery. Pours opaque, purplish tan in color with minimal head. Taste is big sour blackberries and sour mix. Puckeringly sour, light bodied and moderate carbonation. Really interesting fruit forward beer. Really impressed with the way the blackberry shines. Would get this again.
