NO can date
Pours a light fizzy white head with lower retention, brilliantly clear pale light gold colored
Nose has more of that light Mexican lager than Vienna lager as many so-called "Mexican Lagers" are, although they can be interchangeable given the history, Light cereal grain, little mineral water, sweet grainy, overall pretty light, bit of corn
Taste brings more of the malts, cereal cracker grain with some Maize or corn character, mineral water, a bit of sweetness with a touch of bitter earthy herbal hop turning a touch grassy, again quite light but should be, thankfully no skunk, dry finish, maybe a touch astringent
Mouth is very light bod, lighter carb, touch of astringency
Overall not my fav style of beer, but this was a great representation of it without the skunk, light, refreshing, a bit of mineral water with nice cracker malt and corn, light hop character to balance a bit, just a touch astringent in there but manageable
