No can date
Pours a foamy bubbly almost 1 finger head with med-lower retention, hazy golden tan color

Nose is quite pungent, bit lemon and ginger up front, fresh Meyer lemon like, with some zest, and fresh ginger but not overpowering, then some floral flowery aromas almost chamomile tea like, a touch of sweet malt and honey,

Taste brings more of the same, but a decent sweet blonde malt up front, with some honey candy flavor, quickly into mildly tart lemon, almost lemonade like, and some ginger spice in the background, it also has that flowery chamomile like character again, touch of doughy wheat as well, drier finish with a touch sticky and tart, med bitterness kicking in as well as lemon zest

Mouth is med bod but feels a bit syrupy like, med frothy carb

Overall nice beer, a bit too sweet and syrupy like in general but otherwise an interesting and fun beer that also tastes good

An even slow pour released a finger of fizzy/soapy white foam with short retention and no lasting lacing.
Hazy yellow-straw body, I can see my fingers through it.

Lemon and orange zest are featured during the smell with wheat bread and ginger snaps. No hops.

Neutral and slightly sour with low bitterness, honey balances the citrus and ginger. Bready malt takes a back seat to citrus juiciness. The finish is fast and dries to almost semi-dry.

Lively carbonation creates a lemon soda kinda feel. Light bodied as expected. Refreshing easy drinker. I like the use of the honey, lemon, orange zest and ginger as stated on the label. If it had coriander I would have assigned it as a Wit Beer.
