No can date
Pours a fizzy bubbly airy 2 finger head with med retention, some streaming bubbles, touch of lacing, crystal clear pale color
Nose grainy straw and cereal malt mash, grainy sweet pilsner, touch of bread dough, floral herbal hops, noble hop aromas,
Taste brings more of the same, cereal grain, grainy sweet but a bit muted on that part, doughy, straw, fair herbal floral noble hops with lighter bitterness up front, dry soft finish with a bit more bitterness getting a touch spicy, does feel a tad watery
Mouth is lighter bod, med slightly prickly carb
Overall nice for a pilsner in general, a bit on the overall light side for malt and body as it gets a tad watery like, but otherwise a good summer pilsner
