Wissahickon Brewing Co. "Tableau Deux"
$5/pint on tap at the brewery on 07/28/2022
Notes: Mixed culture ale fermented w/ Hefeweizen & Kölsch yeasts, then hopped w/ El Dorado. 3.7% ABV
Look: Hazy golden body with a brass sheen beneath a finger’s width of white head. Good head retention and excellent lacing.
Smell: Limited aroma with tropical fruit, spice, and grassiness.
Taste: Lightly sweetish and wheaty malt with a generic tropical fruitiness (nothing really stands out) and a subtle grassiness. It has a limited bitterness but it remains dry in the finish.
Feel: Light-medium in body and gently crisp.
Overall: Unusual, charming, refreshing, and super easy to drink.
