On tap at Silver Lake Brewing Project in Perry, NY.
This one pours a clear yellow-ish amber, with a small head and lots of lacing.
This smells pretty grassy, with blueberry and grapefruit, crackery malt, and some floral aromas too.
This is a pretty nice little beer. It's simple, but clean and well fermented and brewed. It's a nice expression of Mosaic- with light blueberry and grapefruit rind, with lots of crispy grassiness and flowery character. There's a light cracker malt backbone- it doesn't intrude on the beer but provides a good canvas for the Mosaic.
This is light bodied, crisp and little, with a good level of carbonation.
These guys have a lot of potential- this is a nice little beer.
