On tap at Silver Lake Brewing Project in Perry, NY.
This one pours a clear orange color, with a decent sized head, and a lot of lacing.
This smells like the sticky icky, with some grapefruit and melon as well.
Like the Mosaic Oat Pale, this is really crisp and cleanly fermented. There's a nice dankness to it, with some melon, tangerine, and grapefruit. There's basically no malt character.
This has light and crisp body, with a really high level of drinkability.
I'm excited for the future of these guys.
