On tap at Silver Lake Brewing in Perry, NY.
This one pours a clear golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells lightly spicy and floral, with some crackery malt.
This sort of thing is exactly what Silver Lake does best. It’s really crisp and clean tasting, with a spritzy, floral, slightly fruity, and spicy hop character. The hop character is elevated but this isn’t overwhelmingly hoppy by any means. There’s a touch of malt sweetness.
This is light bodied, clean, and super drinkable.
This went down super easily and I definitely enjoyed it.
