The color is a very hazy dark brown with a small, creamy head. The aroma is of dark, bready malts with a light dose of yeast spice. The flavor is dominated by bready malts with just a light level of clovey spice. The overall flavor is far from bad, but the malt profile is a little too thin to compete with most of the German dunkleweizens I've sampled. Drinkability is high, but I'd still recommend trying some of the more interesting items on the Draught House's menu.
