Dark rich brown pour with just a little light tan head. Smell is nice and roasty with a hint of coffee, along with the traditional draught house smell/feel to it. Some kind of soft, chewy, fruity element I pick up in basically all their beers. Taste is nicely bitter, and much more than most browns, or any that I've had for that matter. Roasty, a bit of a metallic bitterness and a medium to long finish on the beer. Good body, but not as smooth as something like a Samuel Smiths brown. Good all around, and unique for a brown, but not too unique from the taste profile of the Draught house's other beers.

Another solid beer from the Draught House.
Dark translucent brown, nice head. I picked up a caramel sweet flavor, but also some strong hop aromas. Very different brown ale, different in a good way that is. Hoppy and bitter, still malty though in the end. Smooth and lush, perfect carbonation. This is one of the better brown ales I've had. Extremely drinkable. Next time we will get a pitcher.

Bought a pint glass last night. One of the tastiest brown ales I have ever had.
Appearance - Transparent red amber/brown. It produced a solid one finger head. It didn't leave much lacing, but a thin head crown persisted throughout the entire drink.
Smell - I get a large hop presence in the scent - moreso than any other brown ale I have ever had. The hops are grapefruity and piney. There is a sweet scent as well, such as caramel, chocolate and toffee. There is even a slight fruit smell as well, and the only descriptor I can think of is strawberry.
Taste - The most hop forward brown ale I have ever had. It has flavors of grapefruit and a slight caramel or burnt sugar note, as well as toffee. There is a nutty flavor as well, close to walnuts.
Mouthfeel - Good carbonation. Light bodied and goes down smooth.
Drinkability - The drinkability is awesome. I am not really a brown ale type of guy, but I would have this one again.
Josh, you have a winner here.
