On tap at the Draught House 43rd Anniversary Party.
Not surprisingly, the beer pours an amber color with a tan head. The aroma is full of toffee and caramel, with some nice pine and orange citrus notes from the hops.
The flavor is also very hoppy for an amber ale. I get a lot of pine and citrus notes with some biscuit malt. There is also some toasted malt notes and some sweetness from the malt. Even with all of the hop flavor, the bitterness is very low.
Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
I had avoided this beer previously because I am not much of a fan of amber ales, but this one didn't disappoint.

From the website:Malty and hoppy with biscuit and toffee, uses Magnum and Centennial hops.
Poured a good 2 finger head into my pint glass. Color is a deep, rich amber.
Smell is a strong hop character with some amber malt.
Taste is malty, citrus, like an apple / cherry.
Finish is a bit dry. Very clean.
Another solid beer from Josh. This stands up to any amber I've had.
